We were pleased to welcome a medical programme run by the CNSS in our terminal, which was aimed at detecting cases of diabetes, cardiovascular diseases and a visit to the ophthalmologist. More than 120 employees participated in this free medical initiative led by the CNSS. Once the medical visit was completed, an awareness campaign was provided to patients. According to the World Health Organisation, one in two people are unaware that they suffer from diabetes, which over time affects vital organs.
